I agree with Lola, Rinna...stop the b&p's and just go forward with the wonderfully-cleansing-on-all-levels, Master Cleanse!! You just need to get over this little hump. Find a post by Tiratu and click on 'read all Tiratu's posts' and you should get a good dose of inspiration to continue!

Stop the b&p's and relax...take the herbal laxative tea at night - it will all go well...and just remember how deeply you are cleansing every cell in your body! It's amazing...your body, mind and spirit will thank you!
