Dipper thanks for the reply!! yeah I've been on all of those too and as soon as you stop (sometimes before then) it all comes back. The reason I was asking about the hair is because I have really long hair and the weight is killing me. It pulls on the scalp and so I wanted to know from a woman perspective if cutting the hair back or shaving the head was worth it. Thanks again and good luck with your acupuncture and I hope it works out for you!!
