Hi Sarah.

This is great! sure, I'll try to post everyday, if you can please do so.
I acctually started my 30 days fasting three days ago and then last night (almost the end of the second day), I got some very good news and I went out to celebrate, just go to the movie theatre, later you know, the pop corn smell, wow that was a good smell, but I kept strong, however at the end my mind tricked me telling me "Well, it's time to celebrate, how about dinner?" and I broke the fast! it wasn't that bad, it was a 2 day fast, but this time I am determined to learn from my mistakes and work as hard as I can, to go beyond the 3 days threshold, when in theory the hunger stops.
So it's been 8 hours since my last dinner :s and since it's 8 am. in the morning, I might post another note tonight.

Have you done any previous fast Sarah? any suggestions for the first days?
