I will look into the kudzu.

While my intestines do not feel tender, as in painful, or even uncomfortable, really, I know they are disturbed and trying to rebalance themselves. Yesterday, I could feel my digestive system working better than it has in years. And I feel I need to eat foods that are healthy and soothing for it.

I just am not sure what kind of damage the worms have done to my intestines. I suspected I had worms, but what I passed was A LOT, in my estimation.

Do the worms get into the stomach, too?

I thought about that thread of blood more. It was very slight, but blood nonetheless.

I am still bloated. Not like it was before I started the HUMAWORM, but I imagine it will take time for the intestines to shrink back down and get healthy again. I just want to do my best to help them on their way.
