Well yes you can and you can go to youtube and watch some videos on chia seeds.They are user friendly once you make the basic gel which will keep for a week in the fridge.They can be exspensive unless you buy from a bulk dealer.I find a little chia goes a long way.But I do not use a dehydrator or get into making chips and stuff.
