Vitamin D is a very tricky thing. You may think you are getting enough but other things could be depleting you. My mom lives in Florida, land of sunshine, she walks outside without sunscreen for 3 hours every single day for most of her life and she just found out she is deficient in vitamin D. How can this be? I believe its because something is not allowing her to absorb it properly. So dont rule out a deficiency totally.
