The real story is that parasites come in through the diet.
They certainly don't live in chemicals.
But it takes the chemicals to soften the outer layer of the parasite egg shells to cause them to hatch within the body.
Otherwise they pretty much go in one end and out the other without the eggs hatching.
Not sure how they were a problem before the advent of chemicals.
It was the late Hulda Clark that pinned down the connection between chemicals and the eggs hatching.
