You must be so excited! Make sure that you take it slow coming off. Everyone always says that it is so important.
It will also be very strange--40 days on the Master-Cleanse and then all of a sudden things will be back to normal.
What is the reaction from your kid/s? Are they old enough to understand what you have been doing?
