Not everybody is suffering Amalgam poisoning. 6 and 2 are not that many Amalgams and the order of removal doesnt make that much difference IMO.

You should be taking ALA ,alpha lipoic acid, starting 3 months after removal. Take 100 to 300 mg 3 times a day.
That is the number one thing to take and you should eat meat. You should also take your basic megadose vitamins.

edit- 6 is not that many to remove, I had 18 removed.
