I don't like parasite cleanses because I did HW a while back and had severe heart symptoms. I read that if the liver is overtaxed during a cleanse the heart will be in jeopardy. Well it's been quite a while and I still have some residual heart symptoms. I'm a little disappointed the HW website doesn't have any warnings or precautions which I think any strong cleanse should have.

So the strategy I like at the moment is creating a ph balance that makes the body an inhospitable home to parasites. I heard that this can happen in the 7.2-7.4 range so I'm wondering if anyone was in this range but still had parasites/worms. thanks!
