Well, the good news is that I've never heard of Cayenne permanently damaging anybody, although it sure can set ya free if it's hot enough :)..

The Garlic oil might actually help, since it's an emollient and the ear canal has probably been overstressed.

Your ears are your gyros, so it's also unsurprising that the effect of all this has made you dizzy.

I'm glad it's improving, I was sure you would. I hope you'll normalize by next week.
