I must admit I'm still not convinced.

There is no magic bullet cure for anything and I think most all I've read or heard about soy is hype to the max.

Yet, I can't imagine eating or drinking some soy sometimes is going to do any damage. Although I don't like soy or tofu, but prefer other things instead, so it's no loss to me to go without it!
