Yet another good article Sara.
I might add that this is the diet that has been recommended by Natural Hygienists for the last 8 decades at least, but I think it is just as important to restrict calories, which the above diet provides.
A low calorie/nutrient-dense diet has been demonstrated to have an anti-aging effect in addition to increasing longevity...........
