lol, I think it all comes down to personal taste. I really don't like sweet drinks, I have problems with hypoglycaemia so Sugar is out for me. There are some supplements you shouldn't add to tea (if the tea has tannins), tannins can block the absorption of some things. Hv knows more about this than me, so I defer to him in this matter.
