At least these products do use natural sugar. No Sugar added. That is a plus. But I would still have to avoid them for myself. When I get better, I will indulge more. I do try to avoid Sugar as much as possible; but weaknesses prevail. Heck, I even enjoy a greasy cheeseburger occasionally.

You have some very clever ideas there. Good for you.
