The combination is really nice, the rooibos is a bit sweeter than the jiaogulan. I make up a litre bottle and just drink it throughout the day, I use my DE water to make it with, and add 2 drops of Iodine as well. This concoction and plain old water, are about all I drink these days. I might be boring, but at least I'm healthy and boring :)
