Sounds like he's in good hands. About three days or so should do it and it should be relatively mild.  If there are any continuing congestion products consider adding a Dr. Christopher's lobelia to the nebulizer (5cc of silver and 1 cc of lobelia) and perhaps getting some ClearLungs Ultra, which is a Chinese herbal formula that works wonders for lung problems.
