I know, it's ridiculously expensive, but this fudge is so rich that a little goes a long way. Honestly a piece the size of my thumb is all I can eat at once, and my chocoholic husband says the same thing, so the coc. butter in this will yield a lot of servings. I cut the 1 cup of coc. butter with some coc. oil, so it was really only maybe 2/3 - 3/4 cup of the stuff, which is probably about half a jar or less of the Artisana butter. You might even use less butter and more oil, since a lot of the recipes I found called for oil, only. I think the butter makes it firmer. I wanted something that wouldn't start melt instantly when picked up.
