I have been really confused about what oil products to buy. I want good healthy oils, but I am not even sure which ones to trust.

On Brianpeskin.com there is a very interesting debate about why unrefined omega-6s are much more important than omega-3s. He provides a link to YES parent oil supplements, but they are extremely expensive.

I'd much prefer to make my own oil mixture and save the money.
