Hi,
I'm on my 8th day of the mini beet protocol and it's working perfectly. I followed Robert von Sarbacher instructions on every thing but one. The one was I missed yesterday. It was Sunday and we had had plans for sometime to be away and I just had no way to juice. But I started again this AM with first the cinnamon, then the juice, then the apples then the carrot. I have had no detox side effects, purple poop yes but that is to be expected. I did have the most tiny sore throat the first day but I am now convinced that was not due to the MBP because others in my family had it too and they are not doing the MBP. I did email Robert von Sarbacher and he was kind enough to send me the infection cure drink, which I haven't used yet, and his vegetable cooking instruction.

I am curious why you made up your own protocol instead of following the MBP but I am happy to hear it is working for you.

I just found this web site and think it will be very useful to me. Thanks J
