Hi Juju, Geneva and everyone else:

Today I "discovered" the Master-Cleanse at my Health Food Store. It is wonderful that there is a forum of Master Cleansers!

QUESTION: Any extra tips other than reading and following the book plus the tips on this forum?

If you have a minute, anything that you found especially helpful.
