Lately my emotions have been up and down - not very up, but often very down. I tried taking st john's wort, but cannot tolerate this at all it makes me even worse, i think because i'm an "over methylator" (according to histamine levels, methylation theory etc).

i guess i'll just have to hope it gets better again...

i'm interested to how this thread develops and what people have to say...
