Ill try to find the particular compound he mentioned, it was a couple of years ago he was here using his # ID. He was quoting a study. It certainly was worth investigating.

I can see why youd want to refrain from UTing if you were mercureed ( I was diag, w super high lead/cadmium last winter and am using the chelorex and vit C) but wouldnt think that the ut would affect your intestinal predicament cept for positivly. Thats why I mentioned the http://www.fibermenace.com
cause they emphasize culturing the intestinal flora strongly and having a bit different take on what is commonly thought positive about fiber usage and its role in intestinal health.

Im here in So Cal and yeah I keep in mind that many have produced great results by eating conventional american ect diets while doing ut, Martha has to be a great role model.

For me, I eat very little comparitivly anyway and mostly fruit and very low protein, little grain, no unpasturized dairy, but at the age Im at I dont make too many rules, one meal a day fits my lifestyle.

Ive debated against Mercolas ideas about particular approaches for individual chemistries but If it works for someone I figure thats great. Weston Price seems a good bet to me.

I like grass juices, fruit and juice fasting , often for weeks at a time. UTing mostly all my urine when ill or doing a retreat. Once the mental and physical is aclimitized its not a trial at all. I do use my personel pain as a motivation, better described as a goad to keep me on track and I pick myself up when I find my vision has become somehow blurred by the ground when I find myself lying flat and staring into the dirt .
