I see, then what would ensure that it does all come out of the body once it is mobilized?
And now long would one take the ALA for, and how long before it actually starts to mobilize the metals? Perhaps one would want to do enemas or colonics while doing this to keep things moving out of the bowels? Any advice appreciated! Thank you :o)
