Hi unchihaMadara,

Your recap is correct, but if she has lung congestion, also include the Clear Lungs.  The combination of colloidal silver, lobelia, and Clear Lungs cannot be beat for congestion.

I understand that pointing someone to natural healing may not be an overnight process.  Sometimes it takes a little time and they have to be won over.  Yet, it looks like you are already making tremendous progress.

Many years ago I would have agreed that a physician, because of their education, is more qualified in curing illnesses than those of us searching for alternative cures, but no more.  The medical profession solely relies on drugs that are harmful and actually compromise the immune system.  They no longer emphasize a proper diet and a healthy lifestyle.  With these ingredients, healing is rarely possible.  They end up "treating" the condition and managing your health in such a way as to pave the way to future illness.  For example, some drugs used pave the way to obesity, diabetes, heart disease, etc.  Cancer screening mechanisms are actually the means by which future cancers are incurred.  Unless I find myself severely injured or in a possibly life threatening situation, I will not enter a doctor's office, the very doctors that will discourage natural healing, many times telling patients that it is dangerous.  I think this is a travesty.  Healing is no longer about nature, it has been replaced with drugs, and drugs only mask the problem.  They do not cure.  My history encompasses a lot of chronic health conditions that the medical profession said would be lifelong and that I would need certain medications for the rest of my life.  This was, in fact, not true.  I am the healthiest I have ever been and with the help of certain Curezone members, first and foresmost Tony, no longer rely on any prescription medications whatsoever.  Other members that have guided me in my quest for health are Trapper and Chris1.  Although not having a degree, through their own personal quest for health and ongoing research, they have become proficient in what they do.  For example, Trapper is personally responsible for my no longer having thyroid issues.

I would venture to say that minerals derived from the sea would be just as natural as plant derived trace minerals.  What you want to avoid are man made vitamins, synthetic vitamins that contain petroleum.

Oh my.......  Maybe you can explain to her how important a natural diet is for her healing.  This is absolutely crucial.  Maybe you can win her over by fixing plates for her or giving her recipes.   However, in the end, she must take the responsibility to eat properly.  Otherwise, despite the fact that she is taking some necessary supplements, healing will not be achieved.  You can't truly heal while still pumping any type of poisons into your body, and today's foods are just that, poisons.  The empty feeling that she feels is twofold.  First, she is simply ingesting empty calories making her want for "more."  Eating a proper diet will alleviate this feeling.  Of course, she should never go hungry.  She should always keep something healthy nearby to snack on, whatever she likes, maybe nuts?  Secondly, that "empty" feeling is very common to depression, so that need to eat is also driven by the force to make oneself feel better, to be happy, and, of course, those harmful comfort foods give that temporary "ahhhhh" feeling, but it is only temporary.  They are actually feeding her condition and harming her body.  I would suggest that she find someone with whom she could share her feelings with who can guide her to self-fulfillment and true happiness.  Guaranteed, that empty feeling will disappear, of course, together with the proper diet.  Chances are, she is also hypoglycemic and, if for no other reason, this is why a proper diet is crucial.  Hypoglycemia can actually be responsible for the panic attacks.  Maybe you can explain this to her.  It really is not that difficult to learn to enjoy natural foods.  I used to be a junk food "junkie."  Actually, I was raised this way.  I would reach for some processed junk food or sugar snack way before choosing fruits and vegetables.  When I learned how important diet was for my healing, like it or not, I had to purposely make a decision and use discipline in order to eat right.  I found that in a short period of time I felt so much better and I actually enjoyed the foods I was eating.  I no longer had those cravings.  This will also help stop those panic attacks.  As I said, she should always have something on hand to snack on, but it must be healthy.  She may want to check out the Recipe Section at The Best Years in Life for some ideas.

uchihaMadara, I, too, hope that she has the foresight and fortitude to make these changes in her life.  Healing is not an easy thing.  You cannot pick and choose what you will do.  It takes your all, it takes discipline, and it takes perseverance.  It is a 24/7 job.  But, from my very own experience, I will share with you that by making a decision that one will do whatever it takes to get well, and following the proper guidelines, it will not take long at all to notice improvement, giving one the joy and hope that total healing is possible, and it really is.

I hope this answers all your questions.

My very best,

Luella
