Progress IS a process, folks...and Vernal has just told you his winning version of how to "work it"!!

Undoing years/decades of health destroying habits (most of which have been instilled since infancy -or before-) is no easy "row to hoe".  But Vernal's dug in, he hasn't let a temporary lapse (or two, or three) blow him totally off course... he's made a plan and WORKED the plan.

I'm impressed.
