I'd be burning, too with that much apple cider VINEGAR. It is apple Cider, just Apple Cider - not Apple cider vinegar. You may have to go to a health food store, or farmer's market or local orchard, especially if you have a pesticide-free, organic orchard near by that grows and processes their own. That is the best. But, I have done the flushes with organic, unpasterized unfiltered apple juice from the health food store. The apple cider should be available now. It is in the health food store where I am now. Look for it. No more apple cider vinegar - that is not to say that apple cider vinegar is bad, just in much smaller doses, not drinking a quart a day. Didn't kill you, you will feel better soon.
