best medicine i ever took for kidneys is barefoots kidney cleanse.

liver is what you need to worry about with large amounts of CS over extended periods of time. it will deplete glutathione eventually. support glutathione production and take lots of antioxidants. supplementing glutathione orally is a waste.

dont let this deter you, though. if you need CS, there is no substitute.
