 perfect time for me to ask whats the best zinc form to use, i couldnt find a post where you said.

im using chelate just now but i take it gluconate is better?

Both the chelate and gluconate are good as is the picolinate.

i reckon im zinc deficient due to smoking cigs which i now dont.
