There are so many ways of preventing cancer and chronic disease, by just increasing the nutrients we give our bodies, but we rarely see any information about this in the mainstream medical industry.

There is a hugh push for people to lose weight, but little about how to just be healthy so you don't put weight on in the first place. There is all this information about mainstream cancer treatments, but little information about how to prevent getting it in the first place. Theres all this information about vaccines for this and that, we wouldn't need the vaccines, if everyone was looking after their health.

Ah well, back to the real world....
