i believe tobacco is an excellent herb.

i cant call smoking healthy, but i can say that any ill effects from smoking can be mitigated as along as the tobacco is organic and no additives. completely mitigated? probably not.

dont start smoking, but if you must, organic is the only way. the taxes on it are another thing. they are about as unamerican as it gets - taxation without any representation whatsoever. in fact, a bigoted financial pogrom specifically aimed at smokers. non smokers should call their representatives. a product you love and use daily will be next, believe me.

i do not know about specific herbal uses for tobacco but the nicotine is a good brain stimulant and helps calm histamine action in the body. nicotine is one of the remedies for the cytokine storm which kills when one has the bird flu.
