For chest congestion and coughing, she should nebulize with colloidal silver and lobelia.  She  can get a complete kit that includes these three items at http://www.utopiasilver.com at a reasonable price.  They also carry a product called Clear Lungs that will help relieve congestion.  By using their coupon code LR001, she  will receive these items at a 15% discount if they are not on sale.  Besides nebulizing it, she  may also want to take it internally.   Colloidal silver will also help the sinus headaches and should clear up the vaginosis.  It will also relieve the canker sores.  Swish the colloidal silver over them and then swallow.  Taking colloidal silver daily will prevent, not only future bladder infections, but all types of infections.  Frankly, it works way better than any antibiotics on the market.  Colloidal silver is "Nature's Antibiotic."

When did the panic attacks start?  Can she pinpoint something that triggered them?  Panic attacks are not only the result of a physically malnourished body, but very often they also have emotional roots.  Many times, these need to be resolved.  Does she have a therapist that she can talk to?  Also, practicing relaxation exercises is also beneficial.  Have her sit in a comfortable chair and start with her feet, tensing and relaxing, working all the way up her body.  Have her do this several times a day.  Meditation and EFT are also good tools when addressing anxiety.  She should picture herself in a place where she was the happiest and bask in that feeling, or imagine that she is in a location that would make her relaxed and happy.......  The beach, a forest, a room furnished just for her.  She can find meditations on YouTube.  The link for the emotional freedom technique (EFT) is http://www.emofree.com/  She will also find videos on YouTube on this subject.

What is her diet like?  She should do away with sugar, processed foods, junk foods, fast foods, etc.  Eat a mostly raw diet, comprising of 80% raw, 20% cooked.  The cooked portion should consist of chicken, fresh water fish, and turkey.  Turkey contains L-tryptothan and will help her relax.  No vegetable oil or canola oil.  Use only olive oil, flaxseed oil, and coconut oil.  Keep in mind that those of us who suffer with anxiety and panic attacks are also hypoglycemic and this, in itself, can give us those panic symptoms.  That is one reason why a proper diet is crucial.  A proper diet should also correct the gas, bloating, and flatulence.

Do the hot flashes precipitate a panic attack?  Or is it part of her anxiety symptoms?  This, together with the feeling of nausea could very well be part of anxiety.   Lexapro may me contributing to the hot flashes, as this is one of the side effects.

Was she made aware of the risks of taking Loestrin?

Loestrin Fe can cause birth defects. Do not use if you are pregnant. Tell your doctor right away if you become pregnant, or if you miss two menstrual periods in a row. If you have recently had a baby, wait at least 4 weeks before taking Loestrin Fe (6 weeks if you are breast-feeding). Do not use Loestrin Fe if you have:

Before using Loestrin Fe, tell your doctor if you have any of the following conditions.

The hormones in Loestrin Fe can pass into breast milk and may harm a nursing baby. Loestrin Fe may also slow breast milk production. Do not use if you are breast-feeding a baby.

Maybe you can guide her to the natural remedies that will help with cramps below:

For heavy bleeding, she may want to take a cayenne tincture.  By the way, this is also good for anxiety.  Heavy bleeding can be the cause of an emotional upset and anxiety can imbalance hormones.  Dr. Christopher's Cayenne Tincture is an excellent product that may help to regulate the bleeding and blood clots, and may help alleviate those headaches.

SSRI inhibitors work by dulling the senses, shutting off the emotions so to speak, giving the impression that the anxiety and panic is relieved.  These are in no way a healing tool, just a very poor bandaid.  They come with their dangerous side effects.  Please refer to the link below:

However, this is not a drug that should be stopped cold turkey if she has been taking it for any length of time.  It may very well be necessary for her to wean herself off the medication under the supervision of a medical practitioner.

Anxiety and panic can be dealt with effectively naturally and, as opposed to going the drug route, total healing is very, very possible.  I know......  I used to be the anxiety/panic attack poster child.

Below are guidelines that will help:

 l-Theanine

L-Tryptothan

Colloidal Gold - This is an excellent supplement.  It literally preserves the health of the body, mind, and spirit.  It helps stabilize any chemical imbalances in the brain and lifts depression.  You can get this at http://www.utopiasilver.com.  They have a first time buyer offer where you get one free bottle for every 8 oz bottle ordered, but you must call to receive this offer.  After that, by using their coupon code LR001, you will receive a 15% discount if it is not on sale.  Actually, this is good for all of their products.  I take this supplement daily.

Plant Derived Trace Minerals - Trace minerals are crucial.  Many times the cause of anxiety is due to a deficiency in these minerals.  They also help to correct any chemical imbalances.

Hawthorne Berry Syrup - This will help with a racing heart and will calm panic attacks.

Iodine supplementation is crucial.  Many times anxiety is due to a deficiency in iodine.  I take SSKI and magnascent daily.  The best source that I can refer you to is from Trapper at the Iodine Forum.  That is where I get my iodine and they will guide you as to its use.

Bach's Flower Remedies will help you to relax.  Go down the list for the remedies that will help in your particular situation.

Also, what helped me immensely was a product by the name of Mind Soothe carried by http://www.nativeremedies.com.

However, I will point out that I do not know if the herbs such as the Bachflower Remedies or the Mind Soothe would interact with the medication she is  taking.  She would most probably need to have the Lexapro completely out of her system.  She should start with a proper diet first and may very well find that her symptoms will be alleviated by eating properly.  No sugar!  This is deadly.  The other supplements mentioned above are crucial.

Bless your heart for helping this young girl.  "Tortured" is the word that anyone that has gone through anxiety and panic can relate to.

My Best,

Luella
