The only meat I can eat is grass fed Buffalo. Not supplemented at all. Every thing else I have an allergy too. When I have it in ground form I eat a crap load. I'm basically going to be keeping my diet to meat and veggies. Sugar I don't do well with at all. Messes with me big time. Plant fats I don't do well with either.
