Thanks so much everyone. I am thinking alot of this is due to continuous tension. Not sleeping really takes it's toll. I am working on trying to relax and finding some way to get enough sleep. I have read some great books by Dr. Claire Weekes about anxiety; and the methods in the books really have helped (though I am still working on it). I am wishing everyone wellness...=) We will get through this.
