I spoke with someone who became impacted while using bentonite, so I guess she didn't drink enough water. So the psyllium acts like a sponge then?

I drink about 80 oz of the lemonade a day, and most likely won't start the P&B until the last 10 or 12 days of my 40. Until then, do I still drink, in addition to the lemonade, half my weight in ounces of water? I drink it frequently, but never really measure. The funny thing is, I always used to drink a lot of water throughout the day, but since starting the MC, I've actually been much less thirsty...odd?
