Hello - just to let you know that I seriously messed up my health with long term low dose Antibiotics for Acne and it didnt really cure it either - I got bad candida overgrowth from it and chronic fatigue.
If your Acne is really bad I would only try it as a last resort - before I would try urine therapy inside and out if you are up for it, and also products with neem (also inside and out) are also really good, as is chinese herbal medicine.
