yes, 16 per day is good.

you could make your Lugols last a long, long time by getting an ounce of SSKI and taking 4-5 drops of that and one drop of lugols. thats the same amount of Iodine as 16 drops of Lugols and much easier on the body.

dont worry. as you get more experience with Iodine you will know exactly how much you need and of what kind. it just takes time. there is always time to graduate to magnascent whent he Lugols runs out or when you can affor d it, which eve comes first.
