I am involved in a obsessive love relationship. I got involved with a younger woman and became obsessed with her. I financially supported this woman. This relationship is more difficult to end because the object of my obsession continues to contact me.

I cannot accomplish anything because my mind is always preoccupied with the target of my obsessive love.

What are some coping strategies for eliminating constant thoughts of one's obsession? How to stop revising every chapter of the relationship over and over again? How to end fantasizing about getting back together, etc.

In searching the web, I see many articles on Love Addiction but none offer coping strategies...
