I had hypnic jerks really bad. I have tried many things from curezone but non really worked for this problem. I found relief after starting on 2 krill oil tablets a day. It took about two weeks to start working. I barely get them anymore. I would be interested to hear if this helps you.
I had them for a couple of years.
PM me if you get relief as I would like to know if this cured me or was a coincidence.
