I would just stick with the iodine
MMS may prevent you getting the most benefit from the iodine. You may not feel your best, but that's something everyone goes through .
Just use the companion nutrients and salt if necessary and adjust the Iodine dose to suit yourself.

I don't really know what the interaction of Iodine and chlorite is throughout the body and I wouldn't like to mix the two.
So if you're taking iodine, best make that the priority
