this is very typical. the way to get past it is to do more iodine. higher doses will solve this problem.

higher doses are much easier with my SSKI 2%. top of the line, however is the SSKI and magnascent taken together. they can be put in the same glass of water or separately. only the magnascent must be taken in water on an empty stomach.

if you stick with the Lugols you need 8 drops twice a day.

are you taking selenium?
