Oh my!! I can relate to many symptoms You listed. Dark thoughts of not wanting to live have come in. I did a salt push yesterday. I also have been doing urine therapy since March. Early morning urine with mid-stream catch. I know UT can also help with thyroid function. Wow!! Now I know that I'm not crazy! I feel a need to fast.
