I started out with one drop of Lugol's Iodine a week ago with positive results. I felt very positive, energized and much happier in life. Gradually I increased to four drops per day and I'm feeling very negative and unhappy. My emotions are up and down, I don't like feeling this way! My mental state has been the only setback for me. I need your advice.
