 so sorry you had to go and endure all those things ... but anxiety my friend is something I know all about ..

If that is the diagnosis and you think thats what it is  then you can overcome it

I still have palpatations at times and shortness of breath and dizziness and bp shooting up but since I have only been off the benzos since Feb it is common  to feel this way for a couple of years off and on..I am far better off them than on them though .. mine is just mind over matter and letting stuff get to me when I shouldn't or I would start worrying /obsessing over things which I have no control over..

I sure know how you feel though .I am having issues today due to high stress and pms symptoms .it is hard but ya might want to try the EFT as I am sure you know all about and see if that helps you out.
