well, I don't know much about blood pressure meds and your experience... maybe Chris or someone else can give you a little encouragement. but I do trust what the fasting lit. says. So, you probably do too. I would continue on, and try to rest as much as possible. Don't overdrink. Bathe to relax, but not in too hot water. Re-reading the lit. could help, as it can calm any fears...
