Thank you, Maya and Momo,

I am still waking up, here, but I do feel some better this morning! I made sure that I got my two quarts of water yesterday, plus some bit. That was in addition to my three cups of ACV and chammomile tea. I will be sure to get enough H2O again today!

The tea: I just took my first dose today, at 3.5 oounces. That is why I asked the question in the other thread. I figure I must be reaching my therapeutic dose, but have not yet felt nausea with it.

Will let you all know how I fare at the end of my work day.
