I have read your posts in the past, and I never underestimated your devotion (or should I say "mis"underestimated,...America learned that new word from 'Bush the comical').

It seems that you not only have your hands full with your household family, but also are 'stretched thin' with the "daily care". Make sure your mother understands that sometimes you have to 'take a breather' from the stress (nervous breakdowns are VERY serious things, and STRESS actually causes illness/bad health without us realizing it,...slow hidden death).

Try to post more often (writing is very therapeutic/relaxing). Whenever you start to 'lose it', writing is like a vacation that 'brings you back'.
