I am doing the fast for 7 days, I intend on doing it again in a month a much longer period of time, I was thinking 21 days but the notes the two of you have made about it being so difficult makes me think that maybe I should try for 14 instead. I am on day 4, I can't say I have a huge difference in my sex life, I feel more entergetic. I was just wondering how much weight does one lose after 25 days. I think I lost about 5 pounds in the 4 days.
