thanks for your post theFuture. You know I've been doing the stage 2 nasal irrigation at least 3 times a week but doing it right before I leave the shower in the mornings. I've never tried it this way (while lying down). I'll give it a try for a couple days and post back my results.

How long have you been doing this this way and are you totally bad breath free now? thanks again-
