Thanks... will continue to raise... 1 tbsp at a time should do it... I mix the water with the standard amount.. and shake the jug before use... looks like i can go to 4 tbsp just fine with 1/2 lemon.. it does not taste chalky at all.... could i be using 2 much lemon ?

How late in the pm can you take the drink..?

I am eating better... and no meat whatsoever...very little protien really...

My alkaline buffer was SHOT !!! It was so low... that I actually was headed in the backwards direction when I started.... it took me a week or so to start turning the pH paper yellow in the AM....

I am still low... but... it seems consistent... and rising slowly.

I try to deep breathe as much as I can... but just had oral surgery a couple of weeks ago.. and the meds set me back a bit...
